1. Service Terms

Shrishti Electronics provides music system repair services for Bose, Sony, Samsung, Yamaha, JBL, Crown and Marshall brands. By booking a service, you accept these terms.

2. Home Visit Policy

Home visit charges are ₹399 for distances up to 10 KM and ₹499 for distances up to 20 KM. Visit charges are payable regardless of whether the repair is accepted.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion. We accept cash, UPI and major digital payment methods. Spare parts may require advance payment.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

Repairs carry a limited service warranty as communicated by the technician at the time of service. Physical damage, misuse, water damage and unauthorized tampering void warranty.

5. Booking Terms

Bookings are confirmed via phone or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
