Refund Policy

1. Diagnostic Charges

Diagnostic charges are non-refundable once a technician has inspected the device, as they cover the time and expertise of our specialists.

2. Home Visit Charges

Home visit charges (₹399 for up to 10 KM and ₹499 for up to 20 KM) are non-refundable once the technician has reached the customer's location.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for repair charges may be considered if a fault cannot be resolved and was identified after the diagnosis was accepted. In such cases, only the repair labor portion may be refunded; parts already installed remain chargeable.

4. Service Cancellation Policy

Bookings cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled visit incur no charge. Cancellations after the technician has been dispatched will be charged the applicable home visit fee.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
